Operator and offer
CaptureBrief is a founder-operated service from JP Enterprises. The current public offer is a $149 one-time review of one selected public federal technology pursuit and up to five non-sensitive buyer assumptions, with a human-reviewed brief, an inspectable public-source evidence trail, and a 14-day targeted public-source change watch. There is no automatic renewal.
Direct purchase and free scope check
A buyer may use the secure Stripe checkout immediately or request a free scope check first. After a direct purchase, the buyer must send a public opportunity link, current posture, and up to five non-sensitive assumptions. JP Enterprises then confirms fit, public-source coverage, the deliverable, and the delivery date in writing. Payment does not turn an out-of-scope request into accepted work.
Delivery, cancellation, refunds, and corrections
A paid request that JP Enterprises declines before work begins receives a full refund. For accepted work, the written confirmation states the delivery date, acceptance expectations, any additional cancellation terms, and how to report a factual issue. Those engagement-specific terms control if they differ from this general page. CaptureBrief does not rely on hidden terms to define the agreed work.
Public-source evidence review
The customer supplies a current GO, HOLD, PASS, or UNSURE posture and up to five non-sensitive assumptions. CaptureBrief tests those assumptions against the agreed public sources. Official notices, amendments, solicitation documents, and agency communications remain authoritative. The customer is responsible for checking controlling requirements before acting or submitting.
No legal advice, certification, or award guarantee
CaptureBrief does not provide legal advice, make binding eligibility determinations, certify proposal compliance, submit bids, estimate win probability, or guarantee an award, revenue, savings, or return on investment. Findings support the customer’s review; final pursuit and procurement decisions remain with the customer.
Customer responsibilities
The customer is responsible for providing an accurate public link, stating the assumptions to be checked, reviewing the delivered evidence, monitoring official sources, and obtaining qualified legal, procurement, security, or other professional advice when needed. The customer must not provide information it is not authorized to share.
Sensitive and restricted information
Do not send CUI, classified or export-controlled information, credentials, proprietary client material, nonpublic proposal content, pricing or strategy, protected source-selection information, or material from eBuy, SEWP QRT, another contract-holder portal, a private acquisition system, or another restricted source. A request that depends on such material may be declined or marked source-limited.
14-day targeted watch
The watch covers agreed public sources for 14 days from the delivered baseline. Checks are scheduled, not continuous or exhaustive. A relevant change prompts human review of the assumptions that depended on it; the service does not silently rewrite the earlier finding or make a new bid decision. The watch does not replace the customer’s responsibility to monitor official sources.
Ownership and permitted use
The customer retains rights in materials it lawfully provides. JP Enterprises retains its site content, methods, templates, software, and pre-existing materials. Unless the written scope states otherwise, the delivered review may be used internally by the purchasing customer for its own capture and pursuit decision-making.
Fictional example
The interactive Decision Evidence example and its source files are invented demonstrations. They are not customer work, government records, testimonials, legal or procurement advice, or proof of commercial outcomes.
No government affiliation
CaptureBrief is a private service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by SAM.gov, the General Services Administration, the Department of Defense, or any other U.S. government entity.
