Who operates CaptureBrief
CaptureBrief is a founder-operated service from JP Enterprises. Jamison Perkins is the current operator. Privacy questions or requests may be sent to JP Enterprises by email.
What the public website collects
The public website does not use an account system, advertising pixels, or a CaptureBrief analytics script. The scope-request builder uses browser-side code to prepare an email draft. The opportunity link, posture, and assumptions entered there are not uploaded to CaptureBrief by the website and are not stored in browser storage. CaptureBrief receives them only if you send the email through your chosen email service.
Cloudflare Pages and its infrastructure may process ordinary technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser information, request time, and requested path, under Cloudflare’s privacy policy and applicable service terms.
Email inquiries and engagement records
If you email CaptureBrief, your email provider and RETALLY’s email service provider process that correspondence. CaptureBrief may use the information you provide to assess scope, answer questions, prepare written terms, deliver an agreed review, correct factual issues, and maintain ordinary business records.
Payment information
Direct and post-scope payments are handled through a Stripe-hosted checkout. Stripe processes payment credentials and related transaction information under its own terms and privacy practices. CaptureBrief does not receive your full card number. A paid request that is declined before work begins is refunded under the service terms.
What not to send
Do not send Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), classified or export-controlled information, credentials, access tokens, proprietary client material, nonpublic proposal drafts, sensitive pricing or strategy, protected source-selection information, or files or text from eBuy, SEWP QRT, other contract-holder portals, private acquisition systems, or restricted sources.
Access and sharing
Access to inquiry and engagement information is limited to the founder/operator and service providers needed for website hosting, email, and payment processing. CaptureBrief does not sell personal information to advertisers.
Retention and requests
Inquiry emails, agreed scope records, delivery records, and ordinary business records may be kept as reasonably needed for communication, service delivery, corrections, security, accounting, and legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information you directly provided. A request may be limited where retention is reasonably required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or security purposes.
External links
The site links to Stripe and may link to public government or source records. Those services have their own privacy practices. Opening an external link leaves the CaptureBrief website.
